Once we receive your materials, we'll evaluate them, then send you a link to specific sizing and ordering options that work best for your image, eliminating the guess-work for you. If you decide not to order, no problem! Simply let us know and we'll mail back your materials right away.
How do I know if my image has adequate resolution?
Leave that up to us! We have amazing software that allows us to print very large reproductions using digital images with low resolution. Rest assured that we would never print your image unless we were certain that you would love the end-result.
If I upload or mail you a photo, am I obligated to purchase anything?
Absolutely not! We encourage you to upload or mail us your photos so we can first evaluate your materials. This helps us to to ensure that if you do choose to order a BiggyPix product, that you will be absolutely thrilled with the end result!
What is the recommended file size?
We can produce amazing results with a digital photo file that is as small as 2 Megapixels. A 5+ Megapixel file can be made as large as 40x60. Photoshop files, JPGs and .TIF files that are 2 megabytes or larger can also be made quite large. Upload or mail us your materials and let us make a recommendation!
What are the accepted file types?
We accept .jpg, .tif, .gif, .png, .bmp, .psd, .pdf, .eps, .raw, .tga and Nikon NEF
