In the online checkout process, you will have the option of uploading your photo (or image) using our website and trusted online file delivery partner YouSendIt.com If you have a traditional print, print negative or 35mm slide, no problem! Select the "Traditional Print" option during checkout and we'll send you a special photo mailer at no charge. Simply return it (it's pre-addresses and paid for by us) including your original photo and we'll scan your photo for free! When we ship you your new Photo Canvas, we'll send back your original materials at the same time. Perfect for those really old, vintage photos! :-)

About your order and what you need to know
Photo Cropping
Let's say you have a fantastic, high resolution vacation photo that you want to enlarge to a 30"x40" Photo Canvas. Please be aware that depending on your camera type, that in order to make your photo fit into a 30x40 aspect ratio, we may need to remove a portion or portions of your photo to make it fit. Please do not worry, as we will artistically crop your image taking every aesthetic consideration into account to ensure that you are happy with your final Photo Canvas.
We sweeten every image before we hit "Print"
We want you to know that we carefully inspect each and every photo submitted for printing to ensure color, tonal and resolution quality. If we see a "red flag" with your image, we will contact you right away and will not make your Photo Canvas until we discuss remedies and solutions. On the other hand, if we receive your photo file and decide that we can enhance it prior to printing by sharpening, adjusting color, tone or contrast, we hope that you will understand that by doing so that it is our core mission to ensure that your Photo Canvas is made to the highest preceptual visual standards possible.

How long does it take?

Resolution Guidelines for Digital Camera Photo Files
As a general rule of thumb, when using an image file from a digital camera, use the information below as a guideline when choosing what the maximum size of your Photo Canvas can be.

Resolution Guidelines for Digital Art, Digital Images and Scanned Files
If you're submitting an image file such as one created in Adobe Photoshop, make sure that your files meet these requirements:
- Physical File Size is saved at 100%
Make sure that the physical file size (height and width/image areas) is saved at 100% of the intended Photo Canvas reproduction size, AND...
- Minimum Resolution
Ensure that the minimum resolution of the final file is 150dpi/ppi (300dpi/ppi is ideal)
Cost
We're not the least expensive Photo Canvas on the block, but we don't mind because we know that we are selling you the best Photo Canvas product in the marketplace today. Don't be fooled or tempted by our competitors who make the same claim. The fact is that most of our competitors use inferior products and some don't even apply a protective UV coating. So, it's your choice— save a few bucks now or use biggyPix and rest assured that your Photo Canvas can get no better! :-)
